Current Positions

Carrington, Devils Lake, Harvey, and Rugby are looking for Experienced Service Technicians.

Duties, responsibilities, and expectations:

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Maintain required tools
  • Operate, maintain, and account for company equipment and vehicles
  • Appropriately assists other technicians when required
  • Participate in required training to stay up to date on relevant service knowledge, technologies, and other changes.
  • Professionally communicate with customers and other employees
  • Processes all paperwork for each assignment in a timely, consistent and accurate manner.
Ideal candidate:
  • Recent college graduate, OR previous technician experience. However, will train the right person.
  • “Willing to learn” attitude
  • Knowledge of farming equipment
  • Basic computer skills/knowledge
  • Customer service
  • Flexible schedule to meet the demands of farming seasons.
